Ink pen, tea and brusho with old sheet music

This portrait started life as a quick ink drawing demo for one of my art classes. Then, as is often the case, the unfinished drawing disappears into my big sketchbook.
It was only when I was preparing for an exhibition, that this artwork appeared. I had one spare frame to fill, so began looking through my sketchbook.
I finished the ink drawing, added the collage elements, had a lot of fun with brusho and some wax resist, then finished this off with a splash of tea to enhance the sepia colour a wee bit.
