That's when my art really affects me, regardless of how the end product looks. Usually once I've finished creating something I detach and distance myself from it fairly quickly. Sometimes I like the artwork, sometimes I don't. But for me, liking is not massively important. I make the art for me and then it's up to everyone else to enjoy it if it pushes their buttons... And then occasionally I create something that I really really like ๐Ÿ™‚ Something that pushes my own buttons. Which is making it fairly hard to detach from this right now. Endless blood tests, with another one this week ๐Ÿ™„ After a three and a half year wait the NHS finally took over my treatment this summer and I've got appointment number two in a few weeks time.
