That's when my art really affects me, regardless of how the end product looks. Usually once I've finished creating something I detach and distance myself from it fairly quickly. Sometimes I like the artwork, sometimes I don't. But for me, liking is not massively important. I make the art for me and then it's up to everyone else to enjoy it if it pushes their buttons... And then occasionally I create something that I really really like 🙂 Something that pushes my own buttons. Which is making it fairly hard to detach from this right now. Trans update time... Almost four years on this ge Trans update time... Almost four years on this gender transition journey now. Two years on the hormones. Endless blood tests, with another one this week 🙄 After a three and a half year wait the NHS finally took over my treatment this summer and I've got appointment number two in a few weeks time. Curtesy of the NHS I've also stated to get my face zapped with hot lasers, which is brilliant but f@#king painful 😳 Apart from that, I've nothing new to report really...
