As I have a few welcome days off, I guess it's tim As I have a few welcome days off, I guess it's time to promote my next block of art classes. These will be the last of my 2021 art classes 😲 Where has that year gone!!! Starting on 9th November I'll be running another 6 Tuesday morning mixed media art classes at The Strutts Centre, Belper - Tuesdays, 9th Nov until 14th Dec - !0.00 until 12.00am - £12 per session Starting on 10th November I'll be running another 6 of my fun Wednesday evening collage art classes on Zoom - Wednesdays, 10th Nov until 15th Dec - 7.00 until 9.00pm - £8 per session Starting on 11th November I'll be running another 6 Thursday morning mixed media art classes on Zoom - Thursdays, 11th Nov until 16th Dec - !0.00 until 12.00am - £8 per session I do still have a few spaces left in all of these classes if anyone fancies joining. Today is International Pronouns Day... Some may s Today is International Pronouns Day... Some may see this as a fairly trivial issue. Maybe because you've lived your life 100% happy with your gender & identity. For many people, myself included, this is a huge issue. I had no idea how big an issue this would be when I embarked upon this gender transition nearly four years ago. No clue how much it would affect me, how deeply painful each wrong pronoun would feel. I can't properly explain just how it feels to be misgendered or to feel unaccepted. You'd have to spend a bit of time inside my head to get an insight into that 😳 I'll just say it hurts a lot and I notice every single time it happens. I might not say anything, but I'm wincing inside. Fours years down the road and it never gets any easier.
