Kiwi & Tequila cocktail
Kiwi – 1 peeled
Tequila – 25ml
Cointreau – 25ml
Ice – 1 handful
Lemonade – 25ml
Pop the peeled kiwi, the tequila, cointreau and ice into a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with lemonade… It’s as simple as that, and it’s bloody gorgeous 😀
This drink also works just as well if you substitute the alcohol for equal measures of vodka & peach schnapps…
